“Exceeds excellence in all aspects”
The staff here are amazing they all go above and beyond to help each guest. Irina , Melroy and Courtney were my most favourite staff members as they were so helpful , kind and extremely professional. I would recommend a stay at this hotel as it exceeds excellence in all aspects. Jacqui

“5 star would highly recommend”
Absolutely wonderful experience on entry. The gentleman on reception (I think his name is Stefan) has been so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are so lovely and the wellness aspect is a really nice touch. Wonderful hotel and staff will absolutely be returning again
