“Excellent hotel”
Best hotel in Derby i have stayed at this hotel when I am in Derby for work for nearly 14 years very comfortable rooms great food and friendly staff especially Emma on reception always has a smile and makes time to have a chat.

“Friendly staff”
We didn't stay over but we were stranded in the hotel car park after our car broke down. The staff kindly let us in and let us take cover in the hotel until the AA arrived - and we got home safely. Many thanks!

“Great Comedy Show”
Really enjoyed the comedy show on the 20th Feb. Very good acts. Would have given 5 stars if seats were more comfortable but would definitely go again

“Slimming breakfast lol”
Been to the conference centre many times. We didn't order breakfast as we new we had a late night. In the morning we decided to get breakfast its was just before 09:00 Saturday morning, paid at reception and when across for breakfast but 2 bits of bacon but told more on the way.
