“Brilliant Durham Hotel !”
Another fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. We enjoy a week every year as we held our wedding reception here many years ago. Our bed was very comfortable with a large shower room. “consistency”
stayed over the weekend of may, was again looked after in this beautiful hotel, the staff fantastic attitude in all departments, reception, Robert very helpful, and throughout the stay nothing was a problem, good training is clear at this hotel, as its very consistent throughout, well done all..

“Not what it was”
Great room, great staff but this once great hotel has gone to seed a bit. Difficult to navigate the rabbit warren to get to riverside rooms.
