“A Little Gem on the South Coast”

A lovely little gem at the quieter end of Eastbourne. Karen and Mark made us very welcome, the room was bright and clean and so quiet you could hear a pin drop. “Another great stay!”
Another great stay at The Langtons. We stayed in the Garden room which is lovely and bright with great views over the sea. “SUPER GUEST HOUSE!”
Just spent a great weekend at The Langton's guest house. Everything was excellent as expected from previous reviews and good value for money! Stayed in the Regency room and would love to return at a future date, perhaps trying a different room. Breakfast was great as well!

“Clean and bright”
Welcoming and efficient. Nicely decorated themed rooms which are left open when unoccupied so you can see other options. Comfortable bed with good shower. Reason for four instead of five stars was lack of fruit and also porridge at breakfast.
