I have previously been to St Michael’s resort and Spa for spontaneous spa trips with Fridays however recently booked the Sundaze experience for myself and my mum for her birthday. The experience was amazing, and the staff were beyond helpful. The food was incredible and so was the spa, for a Sunday is was generally quiet. The changing rooms have showers, shampoo/conditioner and hair dryers - I’ve never had this previously at other resorts. Our view while eating a lovely dinner was incredible, the food was quick and prompt too (not to mention delicious)

I recently visited for a spa day and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was calm, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The facilities were spotless and very well maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The whole experience felt peaceful, and it was exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, and I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. I had an amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil spa day. I'll definitely be returning!

“Great stay.”

Amazing stay! Couldn’t asked for more. Room was spotless. Food was great and the staff topped it off. Will recommend and look forward to returning.

“Modern coastal hotel, with mixed guests of young and old.”

Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, but dinner was very disappointing with only 3 items on the menu available. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, but dinner was very disappointing with only 3 items on the menu available. When we were there it was record temperatures, so having chilled water dispensers available in the lobby was welcome, which we filled up our flasks with. The room, king sized with sea view was very spacious with a large modern bathroom, having a stand alone bath, huge walk in shower and twin washbasins, with plenty of draws. The sea view was somewhat marred having to look over the roof of the breakfast room. Blackout curtains were welcome, but also blocked out the air which made the room stiflingly hot, having no air conditioning or fan during the extreme temperatures. There are a few eating places close by, the beach bar a few steps away at the end of the road, and we also ate in the Royal Dutchy one night. We used the swimming pool each morning, however it was busy as it is also open the club members, plus we also have to walk across the car park to access the gym and pool, which in the sunshine is fine, but maybe not quite so if it was raining. Sitting in the garden was pleasant, although it was quite noisy from the youngsters on the beach and cars, and there was no real sea view from the garden, but further back behind the cabins was much cooler under the trees and quieter, but lacking any loungers. The garden chairs tend to be the old fashioned deck chairs, not great for old people. Overall, apart from the dreadful dinner, which is why I have only given 4 stars, the hotel and room was very nice. The atmosphere in the hotel is quite vibey, with a mixture of young and old.
