“Good rooms, GREAT people!”
We arrived late on the night of the 21st July ‘26 and the night reception staff Hannah and Ellie were extremely efficient, courteous and good-humoured. In the morning Mayur at reception was equally well prepared. A real pleasure to encounter such a good bunch. Top marks! NB

The Burlington is a decent hotel and I enjoyed my stay there, but it is something of a basic stay. Have stayed here before. Room stank when we arrived, a very strong dtain smell. We requested a change of room which the hotel did but it was in a room with scaffolding right outside the main and bathroom windows. We half expected to be woken by a scaffolder peering in.
