“Beautiful hotel and restaurant”
The food was amazing, the best nachos I've ever had in the quay7 restaurant. Hotel room is nice and spacious with a tv and a view of the river.

“Comfortable Stay on Newcastle’s Quayside”
I stayed for one night at the Copthorne in Newcastle, a hotel I had not visited for quite some time. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. “Past its best but reasonable hotel”
Designed as a bit of a flagship early 90s hotel, its now looking dated. But the staff are very professional, the locatiok good and so if you can get a good rate its not a bad stay, despite lacking a bit of the sparkle of some of its more modern competitors.
