“Great stay, Incredible staff!”

Visited here tonight. My room is great, nice upgrade for being a diamond member which is very nice. Service as the desk was prompt and friendly . “Good, but not great. Yet!”
Great quiet location, lovely staff and the actual bedroom and public areas are great. The bathrooms really need done, and this is in the pipeline so that’s great as the rooms will then be really good. Few little hiccups. “Forget diamond benefits if you have kids”
We stay here as a couple quite a lot and love this hotel but decided to take our granddaughter with us for the weekend booked 2 rooms one for 1 night so my son could stay and ours for 2 nights . No upgrades given on the rooms and you lose your lounge benefit as kids are not permitted at any time ?… more
