Natasha Nicholson from the Events Team couldn't have been more helpful or friendly and was very accommodating with our requirements. Lovely hotel overall, fab location and overall, great staff. No complaints from us!

“Room with a view”
Beautiful corner room with a magnificent view of the river. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful receptionist Stavros. Pleasant restaurant staff. Excellent breakfast.

The usual excellent service from reception staff. Lovely, big modern rooms overlooking the river and bridges. We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment.

“Lovely room but poor customer service”
We arrived at the hotel at 3pm, which is the stated check in time. We were told the room is not ready, but were given a voucher for one half pint of beer and a coke for my wife.
