“Fabulous staff and lovely hotel!!”
Once again, the staff at the Melia make this place so special!! Modern Hotel from Melia group located on the Quay side and short walking distance from city centre. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with good quality linen for good quality sleep. “Great hotel”
Me and partner have been to this hotel multiple occasions and had great service and clean spacious rooms , Beatrice the women at the check in desk has always been so friendly and kind to us and helped us many times we have been. Super friendly and talkative and made the stay even better .

“Planning a meeting?”
Hired a conference room for a business meeting. Outstanding location and service. Great sized “big ideas” room with creative theatre and facilities to get the best out of the people at the meeting. Music, AC, lighting, conference setup all great. Would recommend.

“Was okay little disappointed on check in!”
I absolutely love this hotel! Stayed here several times I travel from Scotland! I traveled down on the 11th July for a festival which started at 11 and I stated I’d check in early between 10-12! When I got there I was a hit earlier that 10 so I took a trip to shops left my bags in the reception … more
