“Exceptional Service”
Just had a DBB stay at this lovely hotel. The service throughout was exceptional from the 2 concierges Jim & Paul, to the receptionists & the wonderful restaurant staff (breakfast) with a big shout out to Nathan. We have stayed at the Vermont on many occasions and it never disappoints. “City break”
Totally relaxing break, professional helpful & friendly staff ( especially Nathan in the bar), well equipped, clean and comfortable bedrooms, ideal location.

“Business trip”
Staff were friendly especially the concierge who couldn't do enough to make your stay comfortable. The only thing that let it down was the building needs a refurbishment, you can tell it was a grand place back in the day and just a little TLC would have it back to its former glory.
