“St Anns Guest house review”
Can't fault Larry and Linda they were amazing not sure sure about Dexter the dog as he stole my sandwich lol 😆 amazing breakfast always clean and tidy and Larry and Linda always happy to facilitate my needs would recommed this place to stay in great Yarmouth thanks for a lovely stay.

“Great hotel. Great hosts.”
Me and my wife just stayed for a night here with our dog. What a great place. Our dog was welcome. Room was a good size with a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was amazing. This was our 2nd year back at St Anne's, and it was nice to be back in Gt Yarmouth. “Wouldnt visit here again”
Ok location , not too noisy , but wasnt happy with visiting dogs standing at your feet asking for titbits at every breakfast , if you want dogs at this hotel better to keep them away from food areas , also lovely big room , but our bathroom wasnt cleaned ALL WEEK disgusting , that nobody bothered… more

“ok but wouldnt stay again for reasons stated”
Ok hotel but was disappointed by the begging dogs at the breakfast table , also a guests dog was quite aggressive at one point , also the bathroom in my room was not cleaned which i have never experienced that before
