“Fantastic Stay”
Wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean with lovely, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is very filling, and the owners Nick and Natalie couldn't do enough to ensure your stay is awesome. Close to sea front and amenities. Free parking is available on site and close by. Highly recommended.

“Relaxing and so clean”
We went away for a short break for our anniversary. We received a lovely welcome from Nick the hotelier he showed us to our room which was spotlessly clean and as it was a family room lots of space as well. “Great B and B in Great Yarmouth.”
Stayed at Sunnydene early January whilst having day tickets for Potters Resort. Great location for Potters and Great Yarmouth. Sunnydene is warm, cozy and Natalie and Nick are excellent hosts. Breakfast was also excellent. Definetly would highly recommend Sunnydene.

“Lovely place and great hosts”
Lovely one night stay with these lovely hosts. Made me feel really welcome and at home in a lovely environment. Not far to the beach and local facilities plus local pub withing stumbling distance. Great breakfast and excellent value. Thanks guys!

“Great weekend break”
Fantastic weekend break. Hosts made us feel welcome and comfortable. Bedroom immaculate and bed comfortable. Breakfast great. Good position for sea, shops, cinema, the dog track and museums. Would certainly recommend it. Parking was easy.
