Booked as a last minute get away for the night, pictures online looked hopeful for a night away. The location is perfect, beautiful views near the river and beach and a short walk into Yarmouth town. Fantastic location. Great views of prom and sea. Clean, tidy and comfortable room. Let down by a bad breakfast of slushy baked beans, tasteless sausage, no toast or cereal. If breakfast was better I would have given a five. Treat me to a pint and I'd be happier!
