Absolutely amazing, Jean is a fantastic host who couldn’t do enough for the guests , so helpful. Room lovely and clean and lovely ditsy pastel colour. Shower hot and breakfast was scrumptious! The staff were all friendly and so polite. Quieter end of Yarmouth but not far to walk to the piers. Could not hear the amusements etc so very relaxing with the seafront across the road. Def would book again. Used a buyagift voucher but have looked at prices and great value.

“Fantastic Five Star treatment at The White Lodge”

We have just had a wonderful week at The White Lodge in Great Yarmouth. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome from Jean the owner which set the pattern for the rest of the week. Jean was lovely, friendly and helpful and could not do enough to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The B&B itself was spotlessly clean throughout and the rooms were warm and inviting. Its location is ideal being very close to the beach and not too far to the town, pier and other attractions. Parking was not an issue with plenty of room to park at the front. Jean cooked up a wonderful English Breakfast all freshly made with plenty of choice as well as cereals, toast, fruit, etc. I would certainly recommend The White Lodge whether you want to stay a couple of nights or, like us, for a whole week. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year. Thanks Jean for everything!

“Simply splendid”

This is a great location for Yarmouth with plenty of free parking. Spent 3 nights in room one over the bank holiday, wow hasn't changed a bit. This is a great location for Yarmouth with plenty of free parking. Spent 3 nights in room one over the bank holiday, wow hasn't changed a bit. Spotless, comfortable, and stylish with classical period furniture. Both wifi and new tv's work really well. The room was well stocked and supplied with lots of coffee tea and buscuits :) . Breakfast was excellent you fill out a sheet for the next days feast, and can help yourself to tea, coffee, juice, toast, cereal and yoghurt etc. Looking forward to a revisit. “Perfect in every possible way!!”

We stayed with family & friends at The White Lodge over May bank holiday weekend and had 3 rooms. They were beautiful, very clean and all decorated differently. Our very spacious room (room 1) is decorated in keeping with the building, with beautifully kept antique furniture (not a scratch on them) we loved it and WOW that Seaview is amazing. All the rooms were well stocked with the essentials, and we were asked every day if we needed anything else, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have just been fitted with new smart TV’s (freely ) which along with the fast Wi-Fi was brilliant and we could even Cast to the TV from our phone, so were able to watch whatever we wanted, a Big+ because honestly a lot of places don’t have decent Wi-Fi or allow casting so this was great for us. The Lodge itself is so interesting (super clean), with lots of lovely décor and items in keeping with its heritage. As for the location well it couldn’t be better, it’s on the quieter side of the seafront but is a short distance from the town, the main sea front or the Racecourse towards Caister. The cinema is also on the corner opposite the pier. Parking outside the Lodge is Free 😊 and plentiful. Breakfast is definitely a 10/10. Theres a help yourself are in the dining room with Tea (Yorkshire teabags, Fab) Coffee, Toast, Pastries, croissants etc, Cereals all sorts in airtight tubs 😊and a fully stocked fridge with butter pats, yoghurts and any kind of Juice you fancy, so many I can’t name them all!! To follow a good quality Full English (you get a sheet to choose from the day before) or smaller offerings like poached Eggs on toast etc, you can even request a sandwich, like a Bacon sandwich, to take out with you. They will try to accommodate requests, thank you again for putting my beans in a pot. Jean is a lovely, welcoming and friendly host, and her staff are all lovely and kind as well. Would recommend The White Lodge B&B and will be returning. It’s been along time since our first visit, as its usually fully booked when I look, but hopefully we can manage to book it again in the future.
