I honestly don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. Yes, the hotel is a little old-fashioned, but the rooms have everything you need, especially for a business trip. Excellent central location. Superb professional service a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.. The rooms were perfect for our stay and the breakfast was very good indeed with friendly, helpful staff.

“Room very tired, otherwise all good”
Good location and all looked good from the outside and the main areas were fine. My only gripe was the room and bathroom was very tired, a/c didn’t cool the room down. It was okay, but they definitely do need to spend some money on the bathroom.

“Not free parking £16 for part of 3 days”
Clean friendly hotel. Staff always greet you. No lift. Website says free parking. Not true. Drinks expensive. Located on outskirts of Guildford.
