“Professional”
I have had very bad experiences with male staffs of hotel I had stayed. Not here. All of them are very professional, ably led by Bishal. Roshan, Pratima, Yasmine and Jaya are fantastic.Clean rooms.

“Vacate”
I was very late un coming back from breakfast with my cousins. Roshan did not pressure me to vacate the room immediately but he empathised with me, help me haul my luggage. Breakfast I had the morning before was cooked to perfection by Pratima and Jaya

“Friendly staffs”
Everyone in the team that works in this hotel great. Aroma of morning breakfast with Roshan and Jaya in there. Yasmine and Pratima are epitome of friendly staffs.

“Fine for a short stay”
Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Issue comes from the car park and that they share their parking with the gym and bike shop - who tend to take up most the spaces.
