“A truly Welcoming stay”
I work in the travel industry and never stayed in a more friendly hotel . The staff are a credit To this hotel Holiday Inn are very lucky to have them! “Excellent Return”
First time back at this hotel for few years it’s had a tasteful remodel. Great welcome it was a points stay. Paid for and had a lovely breakfast. “Pleasant stay.”
Decent two day break with a nice comfy bed. The pool and gym were excellent with plenty of equipment and space. The reception staff were polite and helpful, especially Alison who offered to post a card for us in her own time. She was also helpful with directions to a carpark in Newcastle. We didn’t… more
