“Top notch staff”
What a lovely hotel from check in to check out. The staff in the restaurant were superb. Shout out to Robert who looked after us. What a fabulous young man ❤️

“Happy hotel stay”
Easy bus links to airport , clean room, A nice warm welcome by Nataliia at reception. Food was really yummy at the restaurant , and Robert was brilliant at table service; very chatty and attentive. Would definitely stay here again. Happy to leave this review ! Thanks 😊

“Great service”
Good location for Gatwick flights. Large car park. Good welcome and membership acknowledged. Stand out star was Robert in F&B. Really polite, friendly and helpful. Took genuine interest and had a lovely conversation with my family. Food was good, service & Robert were great!

Everything is very beautiful!Very friendly staff, especially l would like to mention Natalia at the reception! On the downside,there are no slippers in the rooms.
