“Another great experience at the Sofitel Gatwick”
The venue and staff are just fabulous. So welcoming and friendly. What customer service should be. Delighted to have been served by Alexandra in the Club Lounge. She made us feel very welcome

“Superb service at the Sofitel”
Excellent service in the Sofitel Club Lounge. Alexandra was so helpful and really friendly. We had a lovely evening. So nice to have such excellent service. Well done Sofitel, for hiring top class staff. We will make a point of coming back to Sofitel when we are flying out of Gatwick.

“Excellent lounge above all else a must book”
Bit slow at the check-in, but the room is bright and clean which is nice. The guest lounge needs a special mention for Alexandria who provided 5 star service from the moment we walked in, she could not be more attentive or helpful, what a wonderful example of how to treat guests
