I stayed in Sofitel Gatwick for 2 nights while attending Wimbledon. I found it a very pleasant, quiet and calm hotel. There were lots of people coming and going but no chaotic atmosphere. Absolutely brilliant hotel. The staff can’t do enough for you. The manager Krzysztof was brilliant, he could see my child was disabled and we were struggling to get to the reception and he come out from the desk and over to us to help us check in to save us from embarrassment. Unfortunately when we arrived, and no fault of anyone at the hotel, the systems went down meaning we couldn’t check in or get any room keys.
