“Afternoon tea”
Had afternoon tea here with my sister, it was very nice, the lady that served us Irene was so attentive she was lovely, the cakes were delicious, had a very pleasant experience, thank you Irene

“Irene Harper best hostess iv ever seen”
I would like to leave a review about the wee legend Irene Harper, although she has worked here decades 30 yrs im sure she said (it shows due to her commitment) to the clients. “Could be lovely but in need of a refurb”
Hotel is tired and needs some TLC. Although my bedroom was big the bathroom was old and needed updating. The whole hotel was rather sad and neglected
