“An excellent hotel”
My group of 23 adults were catered for extremely well. Not one complaint! The staff were helpful and efficient the hotel was clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to any group organiser. It is an all round good hotel with such friendly staff.

“Lovely Staff.”
A little tired in places nut yhe lovely staff more than make up for that. Sammy in the resaurant is very knowledgable but he has a goid sence of humour too Roby on Reception was veryhelpful. .The room snd bathroom was on the small side but manageable.

“Sammie the superstar / Great stay”
Lovely hotel with character stayed for 2 nights. On second day had afternoon tea which was fab. Served by Sammie who was fab, friendly and lovely. Want to hear him playing guitar! Highly recommend. Lovely hotel on the edge of Ilkley. Very clean and with character. We shared a large twin room for a 2 night stay. The bathroom and shower both excellent and the beds comfy.
