“Yasser- best greeting and service ever.”
We stayed in the Crowne Plaza in Leeds in May. We were meet at the reception by Yasser, a lovely guy who couldn't have been more helpful. Yasser provided great advice and made us feel so welcome. He is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel.

“Beautiful last minute find”
This was a last minute booking, 10min from the train station. Our family of 4 (2 children 6 and 4) were not dissappointed the staff were absolutely fantastic and the room was large enough for the family.
