“Over night”
Even though it's under construction are over night stay was a good experience, the receptionist carol was very welcoming and chatty with us everything was clean and there was a free breakfast choice but we left it as we left at 5am very satisfied and will be staying again .

“Receptionist was fab”
Excellent receptionist. Nothing too much trouble. Didn’t get her name but checked in on 24 May 2026. Had accidentally booked a double room for me and my mum. “Have been to better Premier Inns. Being near airport is best thing it's got going for it.”
Not the best of Premier Inns but handy for the airport. No lift Undergoing renovation . Felt front desk had no empathy that there was no lift so we both struggled with our bags (my wife is in her 80s). No offer to help. Cool reception when I asked if they offered alarm calls.
