“Spotlessly clean and welcoming hotel”
What a lovely place! Bit of a long wait to check in, due to all check-in points not being manned. Bar area looks lovely and welcoming. All very stylish. The room was lovely. Felt like it had been refurbished recently. Absolutely spotlessly clean and oh-so spacious!!!! It was also very quiet.… more

“Great customer service from Jar!”
i came in the morning to get a few hours of work done & Jar was so so kind. He kindly greeted me and was polite and checking in throughout! Really refreshing especially on a Monday morning - thank you & an asset to the team! The receptionist was lovely too.

“Quality bedrooms”
Well organised hotel in great location. Can see ongoing works to improve the hotel. Did seem quite empty of other guests during my visit which was great. So far my favourite hotel in Leeds.

“Disappointing stay”
This was out third stay at this hotel and we chose it again due to it’s location. We were visiting for my daughter’s wedding. The service was very intermittent. On Friday evening at about 7.30 there seemed to be only one staff member available; at breakfast there were too few staff members on duty.… more

“Awful check in”
I booked this hotel for myself and two friends via Booking.com about 10 months ago. Two rooms I double I twin for my two friends. Booking in was awful. I checked in no problem.
