“The wonderful Pippa”
We stayed one night and when we got back to the room the TV wasn't working so called reception and we got the wonderful Pippa from housekeeping! Awesome stay — from the minute we walked in to the historic building, mgr Shane greeted us and shared info, help w/vags from our car, and recommended an amazing Greek restaurant for dinner. “Great hotel”
Aloft was wonderful. Came into Liverpool for a conference. There were 10 of us under the booking. Everyone was so helpful, especially Shay. Would also recommend the breakfast!

“Rough and ready. Room shabby.”
Our room had so many little things wrong with it. The bathroom door was impossible to close. It was supposed to be on a rail, but the door was scraping on the floor.
