“fab customer service”

“Brilliant”
Great night sleep , great for parking and near the airport so very handy. All staff where lovely especially Imogen and Christian , bedroom was clean and tidy and breakfast the next morning was brilliant. Very content thanks

After a very stressful week , due to out of date passports and lost Holliday was welcomed by the lovely Imogen who helped us make a booking , sort parking and give us a laugh , very grateful for all her help

“Fab hotel”
Stayed on route to the airport which is only five mins in a taxi hotel is spotless clean shower was powerful we had evening meal and breakfast food was amazing and beautifully presented nothing was to much trouble all staff went above and beyond i would definatley reccomend a stay here thank you f… more

We stay at this travelodge frequently as it usually meets our needs and expectations, however was a bit disappointed this time as standards seem to have slipped, litter and broken cups in entrance, litter on stairwells,room not as clean as usual, ripped duvet cover, flies in bathroom.
