Stayed here for 2 nights Friday & Saturday, it was Pride weekend,,, a little bit far from the centre of Liverpool so taxis needed,,, Lovely Building, friendly staff, very clean, fantastic breakfast,,, Thank you for a lovely stay,, 😬😬😬

Very impressive stay for our family of four, including two children. Clean and modern. Close enough to the city centre but away from the noise. Extremely polite and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will definitely return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Hotel with Truly Outstanding People After spending approximately 100 nights at Novotel Paddington Village in Liverpool, I can genuinely say this is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. Our circumstances were unusual. We were displaced from our home following significant and unprecedented circumstances, so this wasn't a short city break or a business trip—it became our home for over three months. We had stayed in several other excellent hotels beforehand, but once we arrived here, we never felt the need to move. The reason was simple: the people. Every member of the team consistently treated us with kindness, professionalism, warmth and genuine respect. From Reception to Housekeeping, the Restaurant team and everyone behind the scenes, the service was consistently exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction made us feel valued rather than simply being another guest. A special mention has to go to Carmen, the Front Office Manager. From the moment she welcomed us on arrival until the day we reluctantly checked out, she was simply outstanding. She is warm, caring, attentive, incredibly professional and has a genuine gift for making people feel at ease. During what was a difficult period in our lives, Carmen showed empathy, understanding and a level of customer care that is increasingly rare to find. She is an absolute credit to Novotel and a fantastic ambassador for the brand. Quite simply, her customer service is second to none. Our high-floor suite was spacious, immaculately clean and maintained to an excellent standard throughout our stay. Having a small kitchenette made a huge difference during such a long stay, and the Rituals toiletries throughout the hotel added a lovely premium touch. The restaurant team also deserve enormous credit. They were always friendly, welcoming and attentive, and the food was consistently excellent. Breakfast, in particular, was one of the highlights, with a great selection and high-quality ingredients. The hotel's location is another real strength. While it's just outside the busiest part of Liverpool city centre, it's an easy walk into town and perfectly positioned beside the University of Liverpool, the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and The Spine. The panoramic views across Liverpool from the upper floors are absolutely stunning. Having experienced the hotel day after day for around 100 nights, we feel uniquely placed to comment on the consistency of the service. Maintaining such high standards over such a long period is incredibly impressive. There are many excellent hotels in Liverpool, but what sets Novotel Paddington Village apart is its people. They transformed what could have been a very stressful chapter in our lives into an experience where we genuinely felt cared for and, in many ways, at home. To Carmen and every member of the team, thank you for your kindness, professionalism and for making us feel so welcome. We will always be grateful. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Liverpool. It delivers not only excellent facilities, but truly exemplary hospitality. Louise & Peter
