“Couldn't have been better apart from preset TV settings. See review for explanation”
Couldn't have been better. Staff informative and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast good and plentiful. The only downside was the TV. Preset max volume was difficult to hear effectively even when all was silent around the room. Also why was TV news set to Wales when we were in a North … more

“Very happy customers”
Fantastic hotel stayed a couple of times. Originally booked an early check-in a couple of days before it was taken off no explanation so I phoned and they said there wasn't any left but would put a note on my booking. We arrived and still no early check in but a lovely gentleman called Jayes sorted… more

“Lovely place to stay!”
Excellent location it's close to everything so really made planning our trip easier, rooms are lovely and clean! The atmosphere is really nice all the staff are incredibly friendly, really good value for money!! Would happily stay again!
