“Tasty breakfast, helpful facilities”
Used the premier inn for a buffet breakfast for 2 (£10:99) payable at the reception, outstanding choice of fried breakfast or cereal with hot and cold drinks available. “Excellent customer service”
Went for a trip and wanted to check in early to get out of bad weather. Laura was amazing and found us an available room promptly. Such lovely customer service! Will be coming again.

“Would stay as you are near railway station thanks”
Very nice good for train station and everything is very near to the hotel no problem with noise very clean very comfortable good food nice a clean service very good would stay there if back Liverpool stay on my own feel safe in my room thank you for a nice weekend

“Perfect in every way”
We have stayed at this premier inn a few times now. Always go back as it’s a very short walk from the lime street Liverpool train station. Always spotless and clean.
