“Brilliant customer service”
Stayed for one night before flight on 29/03/2026. Staff were excellent, especially marnie, kim and danny. Ultimately they require more staff, especially at busy periods, but the attitudes of the individual staff and work ethic are beyond compare. Would definitely stay again.

“Good value no fuss hotel”
Clean comfortable room, good value for money and lovely breakfast. Short walk from airport with good transport links. Nice breakfast.

“Dale the perfect receptionist .”
Had a lovely peaceful stay before my flight to Ireland .Great breakfast and lovely staff .Particularly would like to mention Dale on reception for helping me with his local knowledge and friendly demeaner .Things like that make travel a pleasure .

“Excellent service”
Excellent service staff were very helpful. Nice sized room and bathroom and you could actually open the window. Bar area is pleasant and with happy hour prices were quite good (2 pints for £9) seating was reasonably comfortable. Excellent value for money overall. Will definitely be using again when… more

“Excellent stay and within walking distance of the airport”
Was delighted with my room at Premier Inn at John Lennon Airport Liverpool. I upgraded to the Premier room when I booked.
