The customer service and friendliness here was exceptional. I especially want to praise Amelia, who was very friendly and responsive to requests for help.

We choose a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. There was a balcony unfortunately it was a little too cold to use it. Location is perfect for visiting Liverpool. Shops, pubs, restaurants all within walking distance. Tesco around the corner. While getting your room cleaned every day is an additional fee, if you pop down to reception they will give you more towels, tea coffee ect. Reception staff ate very helpful and friendly. Locker for bags is available for a fee of up to £5 for a large locker.

Stayed in the two bedroom / two bath apartment for one night. The apartment has everything you would need for staying longer term - kitchen / dishwasher / fridge freezer / washing machine etc. Although the fridge didn’t seem to be very cold. The “double sofa bed” in the living room was actually more like two singles as there was a large gap between the sides of the bed. Not necessarily a problem but not exactly as advertised. The double bed in the main bedroom was large but very uncomfortable - it was extremely soft and had a large dip in the middle. All the beds including the sofa bed were also very squeaky - you couldn’t move without waking everyone else up. We ended up having a terrible nights sleep and were glad we were only there for one night. For a city centre location and being above a cocktail place it wasn’t as noisy as I was expecting - although we were on the 4th floor so a lower apartment might hear more. Nice to have car parking in the city centre although a shame it is charged extra at £15 a day. The entrance is round the back off Gradwell Street which isn’t mentioned on the website so had to contact the hotel to find access. It was extremely dark in the car park and we had to use phone torches to see into the boot of the car when grabbing our stuff out.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment (very dull view of the parking lot), good location, clean apartment, very well equipped kitchen and just enough complimentary tea/coffee. However, the TV in our room just wouldn't work. Someone was sent to check on it but the problem wasn't resolved, they didn't send anyone again or try to replace the batteries perhaps to check if that was the problem, so this was a bit frustrating for the 2 nights we stayed there (when you have kids who like to watch tv). Shower screen on the bathtub wouldn't stay in place after it got wet so the screen kept slipping outwards and letting the water spray on the toilet next to the tub. Sofa bed was quite worn out. The electrical sockets weren't all working so perhaps why the fridge seemed to be very warm and had to use the coffee machine on the socket near the dining table. Also the location of our apartment was just too much trouble if you're going in and out of the building more than twice a day..We had to walk through the corridor to down and catch the lift and then walk through another long corridor to just reach our apartment or reception. Overall, was fine for a short 2 day stay only, just couldn't feel quite comfortable here.
