“Nice hotel in Liverpool”
I stayed in this hotel for only was night .I had a reservation for classic room but thanks to Alice in the reception she upgraded me to superior room which was nicely decorated .the lobby of the hotel is nice and the service was good .The only downside is that the AC didn’t work very well in my roo… more

“Fantastic Spa treatment”
Thoroughly recommend the Spa. I had an amazing treatment today with Natalie that was fantastic. I treated myself to the Beyond the Hour treatment and loved it. Would 100% go again next time I’m in town.

Best head massage ever Couples room was excellent Mollie and Eliza who gave the treatments were outstanding. Ally our host honestly could not do enough for us. Made us feel so welcome and relaxed nothing was too much trouble. Excellent experience..definitely come again x
