“5 star Hotel”
Fabulous stay with everything i needed, aldi just a 5 minute walk for all my essentials, Hannah extremely helpful and very professional always smiling. Liverpool only 20 minutes away on the bus and chester 25 minutes away on the bus perfect hotel 5 star all the way

“Nice but uncomfortable stay”
This hotel is a nice clean hotel conveniently situated for our purpose of stay .However the majority of the hotels guests whilst we were there were homeless men or families. This made the public areas busy with people outside smoking or just hanging about . We know this is a sign of the times … more
