“Amazing stay with kids!”
Our experience at this hotel was incredible. The location is amazing, the staff is so helpful, and the rooms were beautiful. We will absolutely be back! Special shoutout to Olga and AK for being so wonderful! AK arranged some very special surprises for our family and we are so grateful!

As a tourist visiting London who wasn't very familiar with the city, I found it very convenient to stay so close to the station. “One single aspect, bad experience”
The hotel's service, facilities, food, and cleanliness are impeccable, but a pre-authorization charge was placed on my credit card even though my company had already paid the full amount in advance. It has now been 10 days since the end of my stay, and the amount has still not been refunded.
