“Lovely Hotel, Friendly Staff”
Lovely hotel, A bit dated but was spotless and the staff were lovely, No aircon so it was hot, they did provide fans but they only circulated hot air. Didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. We found it very quiet not noise from other rooms or heavy feet upstairs. Would come back but… more

“Great Location”
Great staff & location! The neighborhood was quiet, yet near a lot of activity. The farmer’s market & food stalls next door was a pleasant surprise! Staff was great. Right next to an Underground station as well!

The Swiss Cottage district seems to be a semi-posh neightborhood, and so it looked like this would be a great hotel. The reality of it is that it is a bit shoddy, and has seen better days.
