We had a wonderful short break at this lovely hotel situated in a pleasant area not far from Primrose Hill and Regents Park. It’s a traditional hotel with old style furnishings, high ceilings and comfy beds. Everything you’d expect from a hotel plus superb breakfast each morning that really set us up for the whole day, good selection of fresh fruit, fruit juices, cereals, baked goods and hams, cheeses and salads, plus individually cooked to order English breakfast, whatever you wanted, we went for eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and toast and the eggs were cooked to perfection however you’d like them, scrambled, poached, fried, and they even had lovely boiled eggs too. Definitely compliments to the chef, and the staff were very pleasant too!! Thoroughly recommended and we will definitely be back again very soon 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Just had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Swiss Cottage hotel. Our room was fabulous, high ceilings, loads of room to move about and everything you need as if you were at home. The staff were great, a big shout out to Erika, Beatria and Tashala on reception for being so friendly and making our stay a memorable one. Staff in the breakfast room were also amazing and worked so hard. Breakfast itself was the best hotel breakfast we have had. We stayed 2 nights for concerts at the Roundhouse, so easy to get to the venue and around London. The underground a few steps from the hotel and bus stops are around the corner. We felt very safe here and everything was on the doorstep. We can't praise this hotel and the staff enough, we will be back. Thank you Best Western.

I appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. It's a very good location (next to Hampstead Theatre, Swiss Cottage tube station and the Finchley Rd. with a plethora of good cafes, restaurants etc. and walking distance or a short train ride to Hampstead Heath). There is a Luton airport bus on the Finchley Rd. just 5 mins walk away, which is super handy! There are lovely period features (especially in the lobby) and I liked my neat, well organised clean single room, for a reasonable price. The bed was a bit firm for me, but it was a decent bed so I still slept well; the area is nice and quiet so that also helps!
