Stayed with my daughter for 2 nights as we were going to a Harry Styles concert at the nearby Wembley Stadium. We had read lots of reviews and knew that the hotel needs a complete renovation and upgrade but it was much better than what we expected. We had emailed in advance requesting a room with a window. We did not want to stay in the basement. 10 minute walk from Harlesdon tube station. Hotel easy to find. The reception staff, housekeeping lady and breakfast room lady were all friendly and helpful. Room 304 double ensuite on the first floor. The 2 bedside lights, 1 ceiling light and the light above the bathroom mirror did not work. There was no plug in the bathroom sink. The fridge kept our drinks cool but it could have been colder. There was a room safe which we did not use. We did not use the tv. There was a new kettle, glasses, mugs, teabags, coffee, sugar and milk. We did not like the tea. The toliet had a good flush and the water was piping hot. The sheets and towels were clean. Two pillows on the double bed. One extra in the wardrobe. Room and bathroom very tired and dated but were actually clean and the bed was comfy. It served it’s purpose. We slept well after exhausting days in London. We got a number 18 bus opposite the hotel to go to Wembley Stadium and we walked back after the concert. 30 minutes straight easy walk. We had breakfast. It was £12.50 if you were paying for it. It was included in our room rate. Breakfast buffet was: Orange juice, apple juice, semi skimmed milk, tea, coffee. White bread, brown bread to toast, small croissant, pain au cholat Cornflakes, muesli, small red apples, small oranges Jam, marmalade, mayo, brown sauce, ketchup Fried eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, grilled tomato, baked beans, hash browns. We did not use the bar or pizza place or restaurant. We only needed somewhere to shower and sleep near Wembley Stadium. Our experience was better than what we were expecting after reading bad reviews. There is a Tesco next door and a pharmacy and a minimart opposite the hotel. The hotel’s best points are it’s friendly, helpful staff and it’s close proximity to Wembley Stadium, number 18 bus route and Harlesdon station. It has so much potential if it had an upgrade renovation.

“Good value for a Wembley event”

A well located hotel for Wembley Stadium. The hotel is a little tired in appearance but the staff make up for this. Free parking, which saves the excessive stadium costs.
