“Very nice”
Really nice and friendly genuine staff (Charlotte, Christopher and Jef - and a lovely man from Mexico behind the bar) 2 nights, on a wet weekend in London. Fabulous location for getting around. Nice room, very clean. Only downside, window side of the bed doesn't have a shelf.
