“Great hotel, close to major attractions”
We actually stayed here in January 2025 fir 3 nights. We stayed in a room near the top floor w8th a view of the Tower Bridge which was nice to wake up to each morning. “Good but cold”
Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Bed hard and perfect. But: AC and heating not actually working. Central adjustments avoid heating the rooms. Cold in the evening no matter which temperature you set in the room. Chance to get sick. Unpleasant.
