Great place to stay in London. Easy transport connections and nice convenient area. Lovely hotel, rooms spacious, clean and with everything you need. Great breakfast with something for everyone.

“Great hotel but needs a better check in process”
Location great. Room great. Love that they have clean water stations on each floor. Checkout easy. Check in experience is the only reason this is a 4. It was a bit of a pain. They could not find my reservation my any part of my name. Had to pull up reservation number.
