Breakfast at Crown Plaza Ealing, is always a great experience, Britton and Pedro are extremely attentive and friendly. If you stay more than once you'll get to know these two, great members of staff that are willing to go above and beyond for you 🙏

“Perfect option”
Hotel is great. Nice rooms. Perfect location on central line. the best is the staff. So kind , helpfull and polite. Will definetly return.

“Good service”
Good location reasonably priced for London. Good rooms everything working as it should. Service downstairs in the restaurant by Yash, Pedro and Saad was really good and they couldn't do enough 👍🏻

“Busy place, comfy, convenient and good facilities.”
Ideal stay convenient for work. Impressed with the restaraunts staff dealing with a very crowded breakfast area, evidently understaffed but they worked hard to ensure guests were well looked after, Pedro, Yash Saad and Britton a credit to IHG.
