“The Hotel Staff was great , more people like this in hospitality.”
The Hotel was clean and well organised , we arrived earlier and the Manager Gary was very welcoming and very friendly , helped us to get the room before official checking time for the next time we will be definetly coming back because of his services and attitude.

“Friday night wembley”
Everything ok except electric in our room need attention ,whilst removing phone charger had a spark , may be something as simple as a loose wire apart from that ,bar good ,tube literally 3 min walk , reception ok pleasant little stay

“Good pillows, quiet rooms”
Nice and clean hotel with a good pillows, silent rooms and air conditioning. Staff was friendly and helpful, even when our rooms roof was dripping water - they helped us to get a new room for the rest of our stay. “Great for a four star hotel”
This was a nice hotel the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms was really nice but the toilet and shower room was very small. The only down fall I had was the breakfast it wasn’t very pleasant at all I didn’t eat much off it. They had parking on site which was good also but with a £20 charge for… more
