I’ve stayed many times at Hilton South Quay. Always been made to feel fantastically welcome. Great hotel in Canary Wharf - I'm a gold member who frequently stays here for work and it's probably one of the best Hiltons I stay in. All the staff are friendly at the hotel but Paulette on the 14th floor who looks after the executive lounge deserves a special mention. She's always very welcoming… more

“Work trip - with an upgrade”
I got a surprise free upgrade to an executive suite which was really spacious, clean and comfortable. I also got free access to the executive lounge and enjoyed a very pleasant selection of salad and nibbles and a glass of fizz. All a complete surprise and really enjoyable. Thank you Hilton.
