“Excellent location.”
Excellent location, close to station and new gardens. Had what you need. Nice staff that looked after you. Restaurant was good and nice breakfast too.

“Good service and great location”
Great location for Kew Gardens visit, within walking system. Lack of ‘nice’ restaurants nearby. Great location for train station. Hotel was busy and staff were helpful . Walls needed a lick of paint but generally clean and worth a visit
