“Ganga’s excellent service”
My 5 stars were mostly due to the fantastic service we received whilst dining in the Leo’s restaurant. Ganga couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful, super friendly and professional!

“A lovely stay with my mum”
Lovely welcome, helpful information at check in, bedroom spacious (twin queen room) and beds are comfy. Breakfast was a really good standard, plenty of choice. Arnel on the breakfast team was very lovely and his character shone through in his excellent service. Thank you!

“Great cafe”
We stumbled across this delightful cafe/restaurant on our way to Tower Hill and were so glad we did. Great service, great coffee & our food was sensational. Highly recommend, we’ll be back 👍👍

“The better Leonardos in London”
I had a lovely weekend with friends, the hotel far surpassed my expectations. Will definitely be coming again, all the staff from begining to end especially Arnel at breakfast.
