“Hospital visit.”
Our visit was our second visit this year. Both times we had a warm welcome and our rooms have been clean and tastefully furnished. We had a meal in the Quarter Bar and Lounge which was good and not to expensive. All the staff and welcoming and professional.

“Lovely hotel in a great location”
Great hotel. Location perfect, located next to the Shard and London Bridge station. Nice area too. Not sure what people are moaning about in regard to noise from trains - we were level one on the front of the hotel and didn’t hear anything, and don’t book a hotel next to a busy station then moan. … more

“Lovely stay again”
We have stayed here numerous times over the past 7 years. We always love the welcome and professionalism of the team, the lovely rooms, the fridge in the room, the fluffy towels and the dressing gowns and slippers!
