“Excellent service.”
I was initially greeted by May, who was very kind and welcoming, the facilities were amazing. I also forgot something and was able to get it in less than an hour due to their swift notification that I received from Kristina. It was a great experience

“My 1st stay here and it won’t be the last”
I travelled to London a few days earlier and I chose Novotel because of the restaurant at the top of the building. My overall stay was pleasant and I slept well too. “Great stay for families”
Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Would recommend for families, the interconnected rooms were fantastic and the view was fantastic. Breakfast on the top floor with a view of the city was extremely memorable and Alina our waitress was so friendly.
