“Amazing team and overall experience”
The people were lovely, the rooms were comforting, clean and the atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect! We was greeted and well looked after by Nina- she was amazing and I will definitely be looking forward to seeing her and the whole team again in my next stay, Thank you!

“Very nice hotel to stay in London.”
Excellent face to face customer service at reception counter, at bar, at restaurant and with housekeeping personnel. We were well served by all personnel and all our services needed were given immediately. Clean room with all the basics we needed. Good food at restaurant. Friendly staff.
