“Recommended hotel in west London”
Had a really good night’s sleep and that’s what you most want from hotel. Comfortable bed .. easy to operate and effective air con. Very helpful staff. Car pareking onsite.

“Great place for Kew gardens”
All the Staff were very pleasant and helpful . Room was slightly smaller than we have had before but was clean & comfortable . They were also able to accommodate my GF diet . Very close to Kew gardens . Thankyou

“Helpful staff”
The staff were really friendly. Armando helped me when I needed to get into the centre, advising me which bus to get and directions to the shop I wanted to get to. He couldn't help me enough and I was very grateful. He went over and above to help.
