“Lovely clean decent room.”
Excellent room, we stayed over for an awards ceremony and were pleasantly surprised at how perfectly clean and modern the room was..outside the hotel too. Very nice staff and comfortable for a bargain stop over in london. Thank you.

This 'Hotel' is a series of converted houses - strung out along the road. Reception is in one of the houses - not necessarily the one you will be staying in. “Pretty Good”
Check-in was a bit messy since the reception was not located at the hotel but a few houses down the road. The room was pretty good, not as small as the hotel rooms usually in London. The TV had no remote control which made watching it from the bed a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was ok, too.

Room was comfortable and well equipped. We had a family room on the ground floor so was very noisy with the road outside.Which was to be expected. Staff could do with some customer service training. On arrival we were sent to different locations to check in. So walking up and down a busy high road… more
