I spent two nights in one of the larger studios, which included a private outdoor area. While the extra outdoor space sounded appealing when I booked it, I barely used it. Next time, I would rather book a larger indoor studio instead, as I think it would suit my needs better. The property immediately caught my attention with its attractive exterior. It's also in a fantastic location, just a short walk from King's Cross Station and the British Library, making it ideal for sightseeing or catching trains. One small issue I encountered was the locking system for the room. It was quite different from the one I'm familiar with in my home country, so I had to ask the reception staff for instructions. I think it would be helpful if guests were given a brief explanation during check-in to avoid unnecessary confusion. The hotel is also arranged across several separate entrances or buildings, with reception located in only one of them. As a result, if you need any assistance, you have to walk from your accommodation to the reception building, which can be a little inconvenient. That said, these are fairly minor drawbacks. Considering the competitive price and the excellent location, I would still happily recommend this property to anyone looking for good value in London.

I stayed here twice on a trip involving multiple European capitals. Word of warning - there are no lifts, only stairs, so be prepared for this if you have heavy and/or many bags. I wanted to place an order for some items to be delivered between my visits, to save on shipping, but also so I wouldn't have to carry these things all around Europe with me, but could still take them home. I sent an email asking if this would be ok before I placed the order and they said it would be fine and when I arrived on my second stay (just before I flew home) the box was there. It appears a few guests do this but I recommend asking first. The first room I had had no AC and no fan, but the weather wasn't too warm so everything was fine. There was a fridge in the room but the bathroom is also small so manage your expectations. It is only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross train and tube stations, and is surrounded by shops and places to eat (2 blocks in any direction and you'll be fine). The second room I had included AC but was otherwise pretty much the same. In both rooms the pillows were good, the bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The location was very convenient. It is a short walk to the nearest tube station and only a slightly longer walk to the British Museum. The accommodations were clean but very tight. If you are a large person the shower will be unusable. If you’re average size and smaller and looking for a clean, safe place to lay your head for a couple of nights in a convenient location at a price that is reasonable by London standards this is a good option.
