“Poor room”
Room disappointingly no coffee making facilities no kettle etc having arrived late also no toilet paper or shampoo these are requirements for a 3 star never mind crown hotel.

“Amazing service, however a few hiccups”
Brilliant service, however bathtub would not fill up. I think it is standard to have a safe in the hotel room.
